To ensure the quality, we set up our own foundry. Quality control is carried out effectively throughout the whole production process from raw material receiving to processing, assembling, painting/coating, pressure testing and packaging etc.

We adopt advanced test and inspection methods for different quality requirement, such as magnetic particle, ultra-sonic, dye-penetration, radiographic, metallographic and pressure test, as well as physical and chemical analysis etc. Complete test and inspection reports are permanently maintained and traceable.
